Tenants, and Applicants for an Aparment, may make their payments to Day Company via Zelle.  Please follow the indicated steps:

TENANTS:

1.  Tenant contacts Landlord via email to:  daycompany@gmail.com and requests that their rental payment be paid electronically.  Tenant shall either provide Tenant's cellphone or email as the point of contact for payment.

2.  Landlord will initiate a payment request via Zelle and the payment request will go to either Tenant's cellphone or email that Tenant provides.

3.  Tenant will receive a communication from Zelle with instructions for payment.

APPLICANTS FOR AN APARTMENT:

​

A.  Applicant contacts Landlord via email to:  daycompany@gmail.com and requests that their deposit and first month's rental payment be paid electronically.  Applicant shall either provide Applicant's cellphone or email as the point of contact for payment.

B.  Landlord will initiate a payment request via Zelle and the payment request will go to either Applicants's cellphone or email that Applicant provides.

C.  Applicant will receive a communication from Zelle with instructions for payment.
